Neighbourhood Features
Located on the southwest coast of the New Territories, between Sham Tseng and Tai Lam, Tsing Lung Tau overlooks Ma Wan to the west, with the Anglers' Beach and pier to the east, creating a tranquil environment. The area is relatively small, primarily consisting of village houses and a few private residences.
Tsing Lung Tau benefits from its advantageous geographical location, adjacent to the main roads connecting Tuen Mun and Tsuen Wan. With three scenic bridges offering views of the sea, the area boasts a unique landscape. However, there are limited amenities within the community. Residents seeking to purchase daily necessities can take buses or mini buses to Tsuen Wan city center. In terms of transportation, Castle Peak Road also has multiple bus and minibus routes connecting to Tuen Mun, Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, and the airport.
Residential Distribution
Residential developments in the area are concentrated along Castle Peak Road in the Tsing Lung Tau section. This includes Yuen Tun Village and various private residences such as Hong Kong Garden, L'aquatique, Linda Vista, Lung Tang Court, Sea Crest Villa, and Villa Alfavista.
A smaller portion of private buildings is situated near the Sham Tseng section of Castle Peak Road, including Anglers' Bay, Dragon Garden, and The Seafront. Most residences are built along the coast, providing panoramic views of Dragon Beach.
