The discounted starting price is $3.4127 million, with a price per square foot of $12,936.

Show flats are located on the 16th floor of the International Commerce Centre at 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, including Unit A1 (684 sq. ft.) on the 26th floor of Bergen Block 1.
