Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and constructed by Sanfield Engineering Construction Limited, it comprises two towers, Elverum 1 and 2, offering a total of 824 units ranging from studios to 4-bedroom layouts, with a focus on 2-bedroom units, ranging from 213 to 1467 square feet in size.

Each tower rises 31 stories (excluding floors 4, 13, 14, 24, and 34), with a refuge floor on the 19th floor. Each standard floor contains 15-16 units, served by 4 elevators. The project's key completion date is expected to be June 29, 2023.

Novo Land Phase 1A Elverum Block 1 of and Novo Land Phase 1A Elverum Block 2 are positioned towards the north of the site, mainly offering views to the northwest or southeast. Units facing northwest (Units A1, K, L in Block 1; Units A1, A2, G, P, N in Block 2) have views of open-air warehouses and mountain scenery, glancing towards Yan Po Road, with some noise concerns for lower floors, while units facing southeast (Units A2, B-H, J in Block 1; Units H, J-M in Block 2) enjoy views of the greenery within the estate.
