Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and constructed by Sanfield Engineering ConstructionLimited, it comprises three blocks: Arreso Block 1A, Arreso Block 1B, and Arreso Block 2, offering a total of 729 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with a focus on 1 to 2-bedroom units, ranging from 277 to 1429 square feet in usable area.

Each block has 31 floors (excluding 4, 13, 14, 24, 34), with the podium on the rooftop for Block 1A and 1B and at the 19th floor for Block 2. Each standard floor has 5-11 units served by 3 lifts. The project's key completion date is expected to be May 17, 2024.

Landscape Analysis

Facing north towards Yan Po Road and Po Wah Garden, east towards Novo Land Phase 2A and Phase 1B, south towards New Life Farm, west towards Hing Kwai Street. Most units have views of the road and estate facilities, including residential leisure facilities and pet recreation areas. Some units facing west overlook other buildings in the estate, resulting in relatively narrower views.

Novo Land Phase 2B Arreso Block 1A and Novo Land Phase 2B Arreso Block 1B are adjacent, located towards the west of the site. Cash rebates are also available, with a starting net selling price of $4.2322 million and a price per square foot of $12,780.

The project's show unit is located at the 16th floor of International Commerce Centre, 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, including Unit A1 on 18th floor of Arreso Block 1A( 671 square feet).
