Wetland Seasons Park Phase 2 is located at 9 Wetland Park Road, Tin Shui Wai. Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and built by Chun Fai Construction Company Limited, it consists of 8 residential buildings (Blocks 2, 3, 5, 11, 12, 15, 18, 19) and 6 villas (Units 1 - 7, excluding Unit 4), providing a total of 699 units. The usable area ranges from 282 to 890 square feet, with floor heights between 2.8 to 3.5 meters, offering diverse unit layouts.

All villas overlook the Hong Kong Wetland Park, offering the best landscape views. The views from the residential buildings mainly face surrounding phases, internal garden, and swimming pool.

Wetland Seasons Park Phase 2 Tower2, Wetland Seasons Park Phase 2 Tower3, Wetland Seasons Park Phase 2 Tower5 are positioned towards the west of the site, primarily facing the internal garden (Units B1 - B6 in Tower 2; A3 - A6 in Tower 3; A1 - A8 in Tower 5).
