Ocean Pride to Announce Price Next Week
Cheung Kong Property will release the price list for the first 200 flats at its Ocean Pride project in Tsuen Wan next week. The five-tower project will provide one-bedroom units of 370 to 393 saleable square feet, two bedrooms of 496 to 519 square feet, three bedrooms of 734 to 799 square feet, and four bedrooms of 1,113 to 1,149 square feet.

Novum West ‘Entry Fee’ Might be Less Than HK$5m
Henderson Land general manager Thomas Lam Tak-man said the company would release the price list of its Sai Ying Pun project – Novum West soonest today, with the first batch of units not less than 130 units. He said the company might launch the units for sale next week, and the ‘entry fee’ might be lower than HK$5 million. Novum West provides 645 units, with sizes ranging from 174 to 1,258 square feet.

SKHP to Launch Park Yoho Genova this month
Sun Hung Kai Properties launched its Yuen Long project, Park Yoho Genova, offering a total of 683 flats, ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes. The developer said it might launch the project for sale soonest at the end of May, while the other two projects – Victoria Harbour in North Point and St. Barths in Ma On Shan might launch in June or July.
