‘King of Shops’ Bought Tuen Mun New Project with HK$1.2b

Tang Shing-bor, dubbed as king of retail shops, said he had agreed to buy the residential development in Tuen Mun, TPlus for HK$1.2 billion from Chun Wo Property Development, now renamed as Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings. Units at TPlus, the smallest in Hong Kong ranging from 128 square feet to 250 sq ft, are due to be completed in September 2018. Tang Yiu-sing, the son of Tang Shing-bor, said he planned to retain the project for leasing rather than sale. “The smallest unit can achieve HK$4,000 per month at TPlus,” he said.

Alto Residences Launched 61 Flats

Alto Residences developed by Lai Sun and Empire Group launched 61 units, including 3 houses pricing from HK$63.95 million to HK$66.65 million, or HK$28,500 to HK$30,000 per square foot. The other 58 units price from HK$6.88 million to HK$58.65 million, or HK$16,800 to HK$31,299 per square foot. There is one 1,874-square-foot flat with a 1,116-square-foot rooftop is priced at HK$58.65 million, or HK$31,299 per square foot – both prices are the highest among Tsueng Kwan O new projects.

63 Pokfulam Put 50 Units On Sale This Sunday

Kowloon Development rolled out another 35 units from its Sai Ying Pun project 63 Pokfulam, with a discount cost per square foot of HK$29,580. The developer will put 50 units on sale on the coming Sunday. Sources said it has received 500 subscriptions. Meanwhile, Cheung Kong Property has received about 2,600 subscriptions for the 205 units from Ocean Supreme, which will be launched for sale this Saturday.
