Novi rolling out first 60 units

Lai Sun Development launched its latest residential project in Prince Edward – Novi – with sizes range from 175 saleable square feet to 312 square feet, and priced from about HK$3.07 million. The developer said the average per saleable square foot price is HK$18,831 and the cheapest unit will be a 226-square-foot flat, which is priced at HK$15,672 per square foot. The first price list comprises 60 units. Located on Kei Long Street, Novi will provide 138 units which comprise studio flats to one-bedroom homes. The project is expected to be completed in December 2019. Centaline Property Agency said the price of Novi is set about 10 percent lower than recent new projects launched within the same district.

Cheung Kong to launch 185 flats in My Central

Cheung Kong Property launched a 185-flat project ‘My Central’ yesterday on Graham Street in Central, which is part of the Urban Renewal project and is now waiting for the Consent to Assign. Executive director Justin Chiu Kwok-hung said this will be a luxury residential project to complement commercial, hotels and retail developments of the Peel Street and Graham Street redevelopment project launched by the Urban Renewal Authority.
