We would like to propose the following scope of renovation works that is subject to our management’s final approval.
-flooring: install the stone plastic composite flooring
-repaint the walls & ceilings
-replace a new 3-head gas hob in the kitchen
-to service and chemical clean the existing air-conditioners
-to arrange general cleaning to the apartment including windows (accessible by hand) and hand over in tenantable condition.
-landlord’s provision: fridge, gas hob, cooker hood, oven, air-conditioners, water heaters, and exhaust fans.
-tenant needs to arrange 2-in-1 washer/dryer on his/her own cost
