Novum West Received over 1,100 Subscriptions
About 15,000 people have visited the show flats of Novum West – the new project in Sai Ying Pun by Henderson Land – over the past weekend. Thomas Lam Tak-man, general manager of the company said it has received over 1,100 subscriptions, which is 16 times over-subscribed for the first batch of 63 units. He said 75% of subscriptions are for studio units so the company might launch more studio units. He added that the company might launch about 60 additional flats soonest today with a slight price up, and hope to provide about 200 units for sale on 16 May – the first day of sale of the project.

Ocean Pride to Announce Sales Arrangements this Week
William Kwok Tsz-wai, director of Cheung Kong Property, said the company will refer to prices of projects along the West Rail Line in setting prices for Ocean Pride, with sales arrangements to be announced this week. About 8,000 people have visited the show flats in Hung Hom since last Thursday. The first phase of the Tsuen Wan West project will provide 970 flats between 370 and 1,149 saleable square feet. The project’s completion is also expected in the second half of 2018.
