Tuen Mun 2GETHER Prices at $11,988 per sqft
HKR International announced the initial price list for its first batch of 50 units at 2GETHER project in Tuen Mun. The average discount price is HK$11,988 per square foot, with the lowest unit price at HK$3.1 million. Among the 50 units, 16 of them are studio flats while 34 are two-room units. Meanwhile, Alto Residences launched its second batch of 106 units, with prices 13% higher than the first batch at HK$14,940 per square foot.

39 Conduit Road Distressed Unit Opens Bid at $105b
A distressed unit at Hong Kong’s 39 Conduit Road luxury development on the Mid-Levels will be offered for auction next Tuesday, at 22.22% less than the price it was sold for in 2014. The 2,476 square foot unit on the 39th floor will be auctioned with an opening bid of HK$105 million, or an average of HK$42,407 per square foot, on October 25. The buyer bought the unit for HK$135 million in January 2014.

Sing Tao: Over 3,000 Units Coming Out in October
Sing Tao Daily reported that several new projects are launching this month and more are coming in November. Including the projects launched since early this month, 10 projects with a total of over 3,000 units will be offered in October. Sing Tao stated that more new projects would be launched in November, providing luxury apartments, bungalows, starter homes in downtown and New Territories.
