Eight Regency to Launch Another 38 Units
Sun Hung Kai Properties reportedly sold 37 out of 38 units in yesterday’s third round of sales at its Eight Regency project in Tuen Mun, at an average price per saleable square foot of HK$13,823, up 8.4% from HK$12,748 in its first batch. SHKP has uploaded the price list of another 38 units and plans to launch 23 units for sale on Sunday on a first-come-first-serve basis. The project offers a total of 321 units, about half of them one-bedroom flats, and the remainder studios and two bedroom homes.

The Zumurud to Sell 19 Units this Saturday
Cheung Kong Properties launched 19 units from The Zumurud, its joint venture with Empire Group in Ma Tau Kok. The 19 units are at Tower 2 and 3, including 2 top-floor units with rooftop and 1 special flat, and will be launched for sale this Saturday on a first-come-first-serve basis. The developer said it has sold 7 units last Sunday and has so far sold 81 units from the development.

Featured Units in Parc Inverness & Pavilia Bay Sold at Record Price
Chinachem sold two units at its Kowloon Tong luxury project, Parc Inverness. One featured unit of 1,085 square feet with a 1,524 square feet rooftop deck fetched HK$45.5 million, or HK$41,938 per square foot, the highest price of the project. Meanwhile, a three-bedroom home at New World Development’s The Pavilia Bay sold for HK$20.80 million, a high for both the project and Tsuen Wan. The saleable area of the top-floor seaview flat was 826 square feet, meaning HK$25,182 per saleable square foot.
