Free shuttle bus. If the word shuttle bus didn’t pique your interest already I am sure the word free does. There are lot of added incentive that malls would offer customers in order to get them to visit and spend money, and free shuttle bus happens to be one of them. Hong Kong transport network might be fast, extensive and cheap; however, nothing beats free transport. In the Kowloon district, where some part are harder to get to than others, there are two malls that offer you a free shuttle service without any hidden clause or for you to buy anything. Let’s have a look:

2016-01-19 10.23.19Absolutely and 100% free, you can catch a shuttle bus to the otherwise hard to reach Megabox shopping mall from Kowloon Bay MTR station and back. The largest shopping mall in Kwan Tong District, Meganbox is home to one of the most well stock Ikea in Hong Kong, Pricerite, as well as numerous entertainment system such as a Karaoke place, UA cinema, an ice rink and even a 3-D animation gallery.

Lok Fu MTR.Close to Kowloon Tong, Lok Fu Shopping Center is not exactly a stand out malls among the tens and hundreds of others in Hong Kong. Which is why they run two free shuttle service to their surrounding neighborhood. This particular one connects the mall to Beacon Hill. Running every 30 minutes from 9:00 to 20:30 both ways, this 6 stop shuttle is a favourite for many Beacon Hill residences getting home from work as well as many shoppers. Calling at quite a few stops along the way – it might actually pass by a place that you need to go one day.

Run by the same service as the one above, this shuttle bus runs a 8 minutes service every 20 minutes from 9:00 till 20:40. It has 4 stops including one right in front of the Educational TV Center.
