Ocean Pride to be On Sale in May
A pre-sale consent has been issued for Cheung Kong’s Tsuen Wan West project, Ocean Pride. It will provide a total of 960 flats. Sizes range from 370 to 393 sq-ft one-bedroom homes, 497 to 519 sq-ft two-bedroom, 734 to 799 sq-ft three- bedroom flats, and 1,133 to 1,149 sq-ft four-bedroom homes. Nearly 46 percent of the units will be three- bedroom homes, followed by 34 percent of two-bedroom flats. The first batch of at least 200 flats will be put on sale next month. Tax rebates or other discounts are not likely to be offered.

Kai Tak’s Victoria Skye to Upload Sales Brochure Next Month
Another new project in Kai Tak Development District – Victoria Skye developed by K&K Property has also been issued pre-sale consent. Tony Cheng, investment manager of K&K Property said the company would upload sales brochure soon and issue price list next month. The price will take reference from other projects in Kai Tak, Kowloon Station and Nam Cheong Station. The project provides 822 units, with sizes ranging from 232 to 2,555 square feet, including studios to 4-bedroom suites and some special units.

Novum West to Open Show Flat on 1 May
The sales brochure of Novum West, Henderson’s new Sai Ying Pun project from its ‘The H Collection’ series, would be uploaded within today. The company would open the show flats for public soonest on Labour Day (1 May) holiday, and might issue price list on 3 May. The project provides 645 units, ranging from studios to 2-bedroom units with sizes of 200 to over 1,000 square feet. Novum East in Quarry Bay from the same series might also be launched for sale within next month.
