Mount Pavilia, located at 663 Clear Water Bay Road, Tai Po Tsai, Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Sai Kung, Hong Kong (behind the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), is a luxury residential estate jointly developed by New World and Prudential.
The estate has a clubhouse and garden covering over 345,000 square feet.
The clubhouse, WHITE YARD CLUB, was designed by international architectural master Cao Minshuo and is equipped with a gym, basketball court, real grass tennis court, 17,000 square feet children's playground, etc. The play area was designed by the famous Dutch studio Carve. The garden is nearly 270,000 square feet and has approximately 1,200 trees of approximately 33 different species. It features a sculpture park with the theme of "Home and Family", a natural forest jogging trail, and an art trail.
The housing estate has also introduced many environmentally friendly elements, including a "fish-vegetable symbiosis" area that provides residents with hydroponics and a bicycle station for residents to use. Some buildings have wind turbines installed on their rooftops to supply electricity to public areas of the buildings.
The basement parking lot has 718 parking spaces. The entrance to the estate is located at the four-storey commercial building, the White Yard Gallery, which houses a restaurant on the ground floor and an art space, the chi art space, on the second and third floors, totaling over 5,400 square feet.
