The first three price lists of the new Kai Tak project "The Pavilia Forest" jointly developed by New World Development (017) and Far East Development (035) have launched a total of 202 units.
The units for sale in the first round of price lists include 35 one-bedroom units, 142 two-bedroom units and 21 three-bedroom units, with price lists ranging from $4.713 million t million.
The price per square foot ranges from $19,523 t. After deducting the maximum discount of 18%, the discounted selling price ranges from $3.864 million t million.
The discounted square foot price ranges from $16,008 t, with the average discounted square foot price being $17,721. Another three units with rooftop features are put up for sale through bidding.
