Mid-level Carpark Set Record Price

A carpark at 55 Conduit Road in Mid-Levels was sold at a record-breaking price for HK$4.8 million last month. The deal broke the record as the most expensive carpark in Hong Kong, compared to the previous record held by a carpark from 39 Conduit Road which was sold for HK$4.24 million in May 2014.

AVA 55 HK$4.5 Management Fee Without Club House

MTR’s Shatin to Central Link is turning To Kwa Wan district’s property market viral. MT Sisters Limited’s new project AVA 55 released flat size and floor plan yesterday. The flats size from 166 to 328 square feet, of which 75% are smaller than 300 square feet. The ‘pencil building’ does not have club house, while the management fee is HK$4.5 per square feet, comparable to the district’s Seven Victory Revenue.
