One Kai Tak (II) launched another 119 flats

China Overseas Land & Investment will release for sale an additional 119 units on Sunday at its One Kai Tak project phase two. The latest batch features two and three-bedroom units, sized between 524 and 799 saleable square feet, at an average per square foot price of HK$24,400 – 2% up compared with the last two price lists. The developer will roll out all the 290 units from Tower 5 of the project for sale this Sunday. Sources said the company has received 1,000 subscriptions.

Novi rolling out last 40 units

Lai Sun Development launched yesterday the last 40 units from its Mong Kok project Novi. Sources said the company has received 60 subscriptions already. Meanwhile, Team Worldwide has confirmed to roll out all the 136 units from the Edition 178 for sale this Saturday. The developer has received over 3,900 subscriptions for the Kwai Chung new project, which is 27 times of the available flats.
