Wheelock to Launch 3 Projects in the 2nd Half
Wheelock Properties plans to roll out three new residential projects in the second half of this year, involving over 2,200 flats. Its managing director Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu said yesterday the company plans to launch its Kai Tak project at 10 Muk Ning Street in August. It will comprise 648 flats. The third phase of Wheelock’s high-end residential project at the Peak, Mount Nicholson, will most likely be launched by the end of this quarter, he said. He added that the fifth phase of LOHAS Park would likely be launched in the fourth quarter, offering 1,600 units.

Ocean Supreme to Sell 205 Flats this Saturday
Cheung Kong Property will put on sale 205 flats from its Tsuen Wan West project, Ocean Supreme, on Saturday. It has received about 2,000 subscriptions. Meanwhile, Kowloon Development might put on more units for sale from its Sai Ying Pun project – 63 Pokfulam. The company said it might launch at least 35 units and put on sale after this weekend. Sources said it has received over 500 subscriptions for the first batch of 70 units.
