PARK YOHO Genova Launched Another 111 Flats
Sun Hung Kai Properties sold 97% of first batch of units and launched an additional 111 flats for sale at its Yuen Long project Park Yoho Genova last weekend. The latest flats are priced from about HK$7.15 million for a 526-saleable- square-foot flat to $14.9 million for a 925-ssf home. SHKP said it sold 229 out of 234 flats at Park Yoho Genova on Saturday, with an average per-square-foot price of $11,500 to $12,500. Sources said it has received about 120 subscriptions already.

Ocean Supreme Rolled Out 432 Units
Following the first price list released last Friday, Cheung Kong Property yesterday uploaded the second price list of 144 units from Ocean Supreme. The two price lists offer a total of 432 units from the Tsuen Wan new project. The second price list prices from HK$10.74 million to HK$29.24 million, or HK$20,226 to HK$25,695 per square foot. With a maximum 22% discount, the price ranges from HK$8.38 million to HK$22.81 million, or HK$15,776 to HK$20,042 million. Sources said it has received about 3,500 subscriptions for the two price lists.

3 Deals Recorded in 10 Major Estates Over Weekend
In first hand market, there were 259 units sold in the past weekend. Estate agents said 11 of 20 units were sold from L’Avenue International Holdings’ latest residential project L’Wanchai yesterday. Meanwhile in the secondary market, Centaline Property recorded only three deals at the 10 major estates that it monitors, the same as the previous week. Deals were recorded at Taikoo Shing in Quarry Bay, City One Sha Tin and Metro City in Tseung Kwan O. Sammy Po Siu-ming, residential chief executive of Midland Realty said that more new projects are expected to launch in the second half of the year, therefore, the secondary market would remain quiet.
