MONTEREY Launching 93 More Units
Wheelock Properties has so far received about 3,600 subscriptions for 186 flats at its new MONTEREY residential project in Tseung Kwan O. The price list for its first batch was released last Thursday. The units range in size between 351 and 863 saleable square feet, with listed prices of between HK$5.57 million and HK$23.38 million. Managing director Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu said the firm will look to launch additional flats shortly. The developer uploaded the second price list of 93 units yesterday, at prices 1% to 2% higher. The discounted prices range from HK$4.52 million to HK$15.46 million, or HK$11,714 to HK$19,382 per square foot.

Cullinan West Received over 4,100 Subscriptions
Cheung Kong Property reportedly received about 1,100 subscriptions for the 142 flats at its Seanorama project in Ma On Shan, where more units are to be launched shortly. Meanwhile, Sun Hung Kai Properties has received over 4,100 subscriptions for its first price list of 210 units in Cullinan West, the new project in Nam Cheong MTR Station.

Weekend Second Home Sales Decreased
In the secondary market, Centaline Property recorded 15 home transaction in the 10 major housing estates it tracks during the weekend, down from 17 deals in the previous weekend. Midland Realty recorded 16 home deals in the 10 major housing estates it tracks on the weekend, down from 25 deals the weekend before.
