Forever 21 To Quit CWB Flagship Next August
US fashion retailer Forever 21 is quitting from its flagship store in Causeway Bay next August, while Victoria’s Secret will be taking over the location with half of the current rent. The rent of the 6-storey shop is now HK$13.8 million, making it the most expensive shop rent in Hong Kong. Victoria’s Secret will pay only HK$7 million per month for the 51,188-square-foot reportedly.

King Lam Estate Broke Public House Price Record in New Territories
A 164-square-foot flat in Tseung Kwan O’s public housing estate was sold at a price of HK$12,884 per square feet, breaking the record of New Territories highest price per sqaure feet. The flat locates in King Tao House, King Lam Estate and was sold at HK$2.113 million.

MOUNT NICHOLSON Rolls Out 10 Units for Phase 2
Wheelock Properties is rolling out 10 units for the second phase of its luxury project MOUNT NICHOLSON with Wharf. The units, sizing from 4,209 to 4,569 square feet, will be sold by tender which will be launched from 12 noon to 5 PM on 7 November (next Monday).
