April rental listings highlight

It’s tough trying to sieve through all the online listings in the web, trying to look for the perfect rental for yourself. We know that there is still some missing information here and there, and since Spacious is an online property portal, we browse through a lot of listings here at HQ. So we thought we would put our superior knowledge into good use and bring to you a monthly feature listings post. For the month of April, we have for you four of the prettiest, value for money rental with lovely photos that do them justice.

1. Happy Valley, Happy Court

Open plan kitchen!

You probably won’t find as good a deal as this flat with monthly rental costs HKD$18k at 352 net square foot, you get one room and one bath in this highly sought after neighborhood!

2. Tai Kok Tsui, The Long Beach

Put some cushions on and you can turn this window sill into a great reading spot.

Another great steal, with HKD$19k this the Long Beach apartment comes with some furniture. Only 12 years old, this flat is 546 net square foot large- it might even been better value than the last one!

3. Mid-levels Central, Kam Lei Building

A small but functional and complete kitchen!

Another rental that costs HKD$19k per month, it might be smaller in comparsion, however it’s situated in Mid Levels Central close to three MTR station. It’s not bad considering it has one room, one bathroom and 336 net square foot.

4. West Kowloon, Sorrento

Comes with all the lavish furniture – it’s not bad at all

This one is for the family, though it costs HKD$40k per month – you get an epic sea view apartment. With 873 square foot of space and three rooms and two bathroom.
