Central Prime Office Sold at Record High Cost
While the tendering process of Murray Road’s grade-A commercial site is going to kick off, a prime office in 9 Queen’s Road Central was sold at a record high price of HK$39,800 per square foot. The over-3,600-square-foot office was purchased by a Chinese consortium with HK$146 million.

Vibe Centro to Roll Out 188 Units this Saturday
Poly Property launched the sales arrangement of Vibe Centro yesterday. The developer will roll out 188 units in the announced price list on the coming Saturday. Each buyer could only purchase a maximum of 2 units. The average discounted price is HK$19,808 per square foot, and the lowest cost is HK$3.96 million. Sources said the developer has received about 800 subscriptions.

MONTEREY Received 5,000 Subscriptions
Wheelock Properties has received some 5,000 cashier checks for 168 units at its MONTEREY project in Tseung Kwan O, where sales start today. The developer said it would launch more flats soonest today if the sales of this batch of units go well. Meanwhile, Sun Hung Kai Properties launched yesterday the fourth price list of Cullinan West comprising 207 units, with an average discounted price of HK$21,881 per square foot. The developer will put 312 units from the third and fourth price lists on sale this Saturday and has reportedly received 3,800 subscriptions.

28 Aberdeen St Price Starts from HK$11.77m
The Development Studio, founded by Swire’s former chairman Keith Graham Kerr, launched the first price list of 30 units from its project 28 Aberdeen Street in Central. Discounted prices range from about HK$11.77 million to HK$16.56 million, after the developer took reference to prices of other luxury projects in the district. Head of development and investment Ralph Wong expects rent per square foot to reach HK$80 to HK$100. The company started accepting subscriptions yesterday, but hasn’t decided when to launch sales.
