K. City To Provide 900 Flats, Smallest at 325 ssf
K. Wah International yesterday released the sales brochure of its K. City project in Kai Tak. The project will provide 900 flats, with sizes ranging from 325 to 2,193 ssf. About 74% of the units are one- to two-bedrooms flats. The project’s first price list will be launched this week at the soonest while the developer will open the show flat for media today.

The Pavilia Bay Prices Up 12% For 109 Extra Flats
New World Development launched last Saturday an additional 109 flats at The Pavilia Bay, its joint project with Vanke Property in Tsuen Wan West. The discounted price per saleable square foot for the latest batch was HK$17,093, about 12.5% higher than that for units in the first batch in the middle of last month. Flats in the latest batch range in size from 306 to 1,252 ssf. Discounted prices are between HK$4.79 million and HK$22.31 million. The developers have reportedly received around 100 subscriptions for the 109 flats. Last Friday, the joint venture partners sold 97 out of 105 flats. They have so far offloaded 688 flats, grossing HK$6.4 billion.

4 Deals Tracked in 10 Major Estates Over Weekend
Over the weekend, Centaline Property recorded only four home deals in the 10 major housing estates that it tracks, up from two deals the previous weekend. Transactions were made in Mei Foo Sun Chuen, The Metro City in Tseung Kwan O and Kingswood Villas in Tin Shui Wai.
