Seanorama to Upload Sales Brochure this Week
Cheung Kong director William Kwok Tsz-wai said the company plans to upload the sales brochure for its new Ma On Shan project – Seanorama – this week and open show flats next week. The project will offer a total of 454 flats, ranging from 738 to 1,732 saleable square feet. There will be 170 three-room units and 284 four-room units.

URA Central Project Draws 22 Tenders
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) attracted 22 tenders for a residential redevelopment project in Central, the highest number of bids it ever received for a single redevelopment site. Local developers, including Cheung Kong Property, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Sino Land, Wheelock and Far East Consortium – among others – have submitted bids, as well as mainland developers such as Vanke Property (Overseas), Logan Property, and Shimao Property. The Peel Street/Graham Street project, which covers an area of about 9,580 square feet, offers total residential gross floor area of 84,300 square feet, or enough to build 116 flats. Market valuation site is between HK$1 billion and HK$1.5 billion, or HK$12,000 to HK$15,000 per buildable square foot.

Eden Manor Received 75 Subscriptions
Henderson Land has reportedly received about 75 subscriptions for its Fanling new project – Eden Manor. The developer will launch 62 units for sale next Saturday (4 March). Meanwhile, K Wah has received over 800 subscriptions for the next batch of 168 units from K.City.
