- Bathroom with bath and instant-on heater. All marble and like a hotel.
- Lounge / dining area is of great size. Easily ok for a L shaped sofa and separate dining table with chairs.
- Balcony with seaview / sunset and afternoon sun which is amazing
- Kitchen is very modern, 4 gas stove burner, large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer included. A proper sized kitchen!
- Hallway has shoe racks built in which is very nice
- 0 issues or problems so far, very quiet floor and soundproofing on these new buildings is fantastic. Only 17 floors per tower so feels very quiet anyway.
- Clubhouse with outdoor and indoor pool is one of the best iv seen. Gym is fantastic including steam/sauna, music room, kids area, club house area, karaoke, ping pong etc.
- Right above all the restaurants, supermarkets and cafes with no noise; the best spot and development in TKO by far.
- Move in data flexible with landlord.
- Unfurnished but the shoe racks are built in.
