Rent is HK$8,200 a month, but the landlord subsidises HK$500 a month, so total is HK$7700. Utilities are between HK$200-400 a month, and we have a helper to clean twice a month. A 2-month deposit is required.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and plenty of light.

The apartment is in good condition, nice modern furnishings, very bright, clean and quiet. It is a 4-floor walk-up, 5 mins walk from Wan Chai MTR station exit A3.

The kitchen has a big fridge, washing machine, cooking equipment and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, sink and storage too. The living area has a couch, table and chairs, etc. Just move in with your suitcase!
