My Remark
- Open the two balcony doors to draw cross ventilation through the living and dining room. Put a sofa and two-person table on one balcony and a barbecue grill on the other balcony.

Internal Condition:
- Both bathrooms are well maintained with bathtubs and rain shower have quality marble finish.
- Large master bedroom includes dressing area and ensuite bathroom.
- Big windows and great outdoor space make this an ideal home for those who love cosmopolitan city living.
- Living and dining room with high ceilings, large windows surround and extension to two balconies feels extremely airy and bright.
- Fully fitted kitchen comes with built-in gas and electric hob, exhaust hood, microwave oven, fridge, and washer dryer.
- Maid's quarters with exclusive bathroom accessed from the kitchen.
- Second and third bedrooms are of similar size and could fit double beds plus other furniture. Third bedroom with big corner windows would suit for study.
