The Arch is jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and MTR. The four towers from an arch-like building with approximately 50 floors and a total of 1,054 residential units. The mid- to high-rise units facing southeast to southwest have a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour and are close to the West Kowloon Cultural District.
