The Arch is jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and MTR. The four towers form an arch-like building with approximately 50 floors and a total of 1,054 residential units. The mid- to high-rise units facing southeast to southwest have a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour and are close to the West Kowloon Cultural District. There is a four-story Sky Club with a total area of approximately 100,000 square feet located at the lobby about 500 feet above the building, and it is equipped with two sightseeing elevators. Club facilities include a 25-meter floor-to-ceiling glass swimming pool, sauna, steam room, massage pool and sunbathing platform.
