The inspiration comes from the old camphor tree standing on Decheng Street. This ancient tree has witnessed the changes in the surrounding area. The building is a new single-block design, located at 2 Tak Shing Street, Jordan, Kowloon. It was developed by Henderson Land Development into a 23-storey residential building with 8 or 10 units on each floor, providing 172 units. It was completed in April 2021. The units range from studio to three-bedroom units, with one-bedroom units accounting for approximately 56%. Most units come with balconies, while a few feature terraces or rooftops, with a saleable area ranging from 233 to 752 square feet. The residents' clubhouse combines vitality and skiing elements. It is located on the first floor with an area of 3,009 square feet. It was designed by a famous interior design firm to be an artistic living area in the city, providing entertainment facilities, beauty and wellness, and leisure areas.
