Each of the four residential buildings has 27 to 32 floors, five elevators and a sheltered roof. Each wing of the building has two passenger elevators. Floors to the top floor are residential, with 1 to 4 households on each floor. There are 691 units in total, with a
saleable area of approximately 540 to 2,759 square feet. The units have a floor height of 3.15 or 3.5 metres, with two to six bedrooms. Each unit has a kitchen, balcony, utility platform and bedroom bay window. The majority of units have two or three bedrooms, accounting for about 76% of the total number of units. The residents'
club has a total area of approximately 70,800 square feet, and facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, gym, cinema, multi-purpose half basketball court, table tennis room, billiard room, children's playroom, dance room, banquet hall, etc. The third floor of Blocks 3 and 5, and the sixth floor of Blocks 1 and 2 provide approximately 7,700 and 6,900 square feet of sky gardens respectively, and there is approximately 14,620 square feet of landscaped areas and public gardens underground. Most units have open views. Low-rise units facing southwest to west have views of the inner garden and swimming pool, while some mid-and high-rise units have views of Victoria Harbour. can overlook the city view of Jordan and some can even overlook the Lion Rock view in the distance. The project is adjacent to the MTR Austin Station, only about a 1-minute walk to the station and connected to the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station of the High Speed Rail. There is a dedicated entrance and exit on the ground floor that leads directly to the MTR Austin Station.
