#LYOS only provides 51 units of garden duplex units in the Maisonette Building.
Maisonette Building is a duplex design with upper and lower floors. In addition to the indoor space, it has three outdoor spaces: an underground garden, a first-floor platform, and a top-floor rooftop.
The area ranges from 778 to 806 square feet, with a three-bedroom suite design. The garden area ranges from 85 to 795 square feet. The floor height is 3.5 meters. There are built-in stairs leading directly to the private rooftop. Each house has an independent door number entrance and independent mailbox, just like a bungalow living style.
