One Kai Tak rolling out another 108 flats

China Overseas Land and Investment is to roll out 108 flats at One Kai Tak Phase 2, priced at HK$18,709 to HK$24,773 per square foot. The latest batch for sale accounts for 17% of the total units, with sizes ranging from 375 sellable square foot one-bedroom flats to 799 square feet three-bedroom homes. One Kai Tak Phase 2 provides 624 units in seven towers. Construction is expected to be completed in October. Phase 1 of the project provides 545 units.

Edition 178 received 2,400 subscriptions

Team Worldwide has received almost 2,400 subscriptions for its Kwai Chung project – Edition 178. The developer has launched 3 price lists comprising all the 136 units from the project last week. The sizes of these units range from 244 to 398 square feet and are studios to two-bedroom units. The price ranges from HK$4.58 million to HK$9.62 million.
