7/10 News Roundup: PARK YOHO Genova Launching 69 Units, 63 Pokfulam to Start Sale This Weekend

PARK YOHO Genova Launching 69 Units
Sun Hung Kai Properties launched the sale of 69 units from its Park Yoho Genova project in Yuen Long, with the latest batch of flats priced from about HK$3.89 million to HK$4.27 million. They include 11 studios measuring 251 square feet – which are the smallest units from the project. The 251-square-foot unit costs HK$3.26 million with the highest 16% discount. The developer has sold over 300 units from the new project, reaping about HK$2.5 billion.

63 Pokfulam to Start Sale This Weekend
Kowloon Development has opened the show flats of and started receiving subscriptions for 63 Pokfulam since last Saturday. The company hoped to announce sales arrangement of the Sai Ying Pun project early this week, and start sale this weekend. It has received about 400 subscriptions. Meanwhile, sources said Cheung Kong Property has received over 1,000 subscriptions for the third batch of 205 units from Ocean Supreme. The developer has sold about 390 units from the Tsuen Wan project on Saturday.

3 Weekend Deals Recorded in 10 Major Estates
Ricacorp Properties recorded only three deals at the 10 major estates it monitors, down from 7 the previous weekend. Two of the sales were at City One Sha Tin, and the other at Kingswood Villas in Tin Shui Wai. Midland Realty data show that only 2 weekend home deals were recorded in the 10 major housing estates it tracks, down from 5 sales last weekend.
