Parc Inverness To Launch Sale Soonest on Saturday
About 5,000 prospective homebuyers have visited Chinachem Group’s show flat for its Parc Inverness project in Kowloon Tong, reflecting keen interest in the new development. It came as the developer issued the first price list for the initial 50 flats. Prices for the flats, from 813 to 1,979 square feet, range from about HK$18.06 million to HK$52.02 million. Sales manager Ng Shung-mo said the first round of sales would likely be held on Saturday.

Eight Regency Received Another 2,000 Subscriptions
Sun Hung Kai will start on Wednesday the second round of sales of units at its Eight Regency project in Tuen Mun. It has already received 2,000 subscription applications for the second batch of 70 flats, representing an oversubscription of about 26 times.

Weekend Second Home Deals Drop Steeply
In the secondary market, Midland Realty recorded over the weekend 6 home sale and purchase deals in the 10 major housing estates that it tracks. The number marked a steep drop from 16 transactions in the previous weekend and the lowest since early February. Centaline Property also recorded 10 deals over the weekend in the 10 major housing estates that it tracks, down from 16 transactions in the previous weekend.
