Tseung Kwan O Home Prices Set Record
Second hand home prices soar due to limited supply, while several record high price transactions were recorded in Tseung Kwan O. A 4-room unit with sea view in The Wings Phase 1 was sold at HK$21 million, setting a new record price in Tseung Kwan O’s second hand market. The 968-square-foot flat costs HK$21,694 per square foot, making it the first unit in the district with a price-per-square-foot over HK$20,000. Meanwhile, a 671-square-foot unit in La Prime in LOHAS Park was sold at HK$10,402 per square foot, also breaking the record of the estate.
