Home Price Reaches New High This Year
Statistics from the Rating and Valuation Department showed that the private domestic home monthly price index rose by 2.8% to 295.5 in September, reaching a new high this year and a step closer to last year’s peak of 306.1.

One Homantin Rolls Out 80 New Units
The extension of Kwun Tong Line is bringing virality to Ho Man Tin’s market. Wheelock’s One Homantin is launching 80 more units for sale yesterday, after the district’s Mantin Heights rolled out 83 new flats the day before. The developer rose the price by 1% to 2% – the new average price is HK$24,474 and the discounted price is HK$19,711 per square feet. 311 flats of the project have been sold so far.

Alto Residences Received Over 1,500 Subscriptions
Tsueng Kwan O’s Alto Residences continues to receive subscriptions and sources claimed that over 1,500 subscriptions have been received, 14 times over the newly launched 100 units.
