63 Pokfulam Pricing from HK$5.75m
A studio flat of 209 saleable square feet at Kowloon Development Co’s latest residential project, 63 Pokfulam, is to cost at least HK$5.75 million. The Sai Ying Pun project will provide 350 units, comprised of 100 studios, 225 one-bedroom flats, and 25 three-bedroom homes sized at 494 square feet. The smallest room in the three-bedroom units is 33 square feet. The average per-square-foot price at this project is HK$32,080, or HK$28,872 with a maximum of 10% discount.

9,022 Pre-sale Units Processed in 2017 First Half
The Lands Department issued 2 pre-sale consents for residential developments in the last month, involving a total of 362 units. They are phase one of Victoria Harbour in North Point by Sun Hung Kai providing 355 units, and Tai Tam project by National Electronics providing 7 houses. Both of them are expected to be completed in 2018. The Lands Department said that as at the end of June, 28 applications for pre-sale consent were being processed for projects involving a total of 9,022 units.
