Price cut in Ma Tau Kok project

Lai Sun Development and the Urban Renewal Authority have reduced prices on eight flats at a Ma Tau Kok project, 93 Pau Chung Street, by about 3.8% to 10%. Five of the units are studios, sized from 300 to 316 sellable square feet. Their prices are cut 5%, while a 514-square-foot home is reduced by 10%. The single-tower project provides 206 units, ranging from 294-square-foot studios to 552-square-foot two-bedroom apartments. Project completion is targeted for next November.

Ocean Supreme sold another 7 units

Cheung Kong Property has been launching units from its Tsuen Wan project Ocean Supreme for sale since Thursday. The company put up 22 units for sale on a first-come-first-serve basis yesterday, and 7 units were sold as at 9PM with an average price of HK$18,000 – HK$19,000 per square foot. It will roll out another 164 units for sale today and has received over 1,800 subscriptions. Meanwhile, Sun Hung Kai Properties will be launching 49 units from its Yuen Long project PARK YOHO Genova for sale on the coming weekend.
