K.City Received 9x Over-subscriptions
K.City, the Kai Tak project launched by K Wah International, received more than 2,100 checks for registration yesterday, nine times oversubscribed for the 208 flats the developer is planning to sell on Saturday. The discounted average price of the 180 units in the first price list is HK$17,998, while that of the 98 units in the second price list is HK$18,998, about 5.5% higher than the first batch.

Eden Manor To Release 1st Price List Today
Sources from Henderson Land said the company will release the first price list of its new project Eden Manor in Fanling today, while its show flats in Central will be opened for public this weekend. The first batch comprises at least 118 units. Eden Manor provides 590 flats, sizing from 276 to 3,063 square feet. It also provides 25 independent houses.
