The Buildings Department said it approved 11 building plans in May. These were two on Hong Kong Island, four in Kowloon and five in the New Territories. There are three large developments providing a total of over 3,000 units. They are phase 8 of LOHAS Park in Tseung Kwan O by Cheung Kong Property, Sin Fat Road project in Kwun Tong by Wheelock, and Sheung Shing Street project in Ho Man Tin by Goldin Group.

Sun Hung Kai Properties will launch this Saturday 40 units from its Yuen Long project PARK YOHO Genova. The developer released the new price list on Monday. Meanwhile, Cheung Kong Property will roll out 22 units from Ocean Supreme for sale this Thursday on a first-come-first-serve basis. It will then put another 164 two-bedroom units for sale on Friday night. Sources said it has received over 1,000 subscriptions.
