Oasis Kai Tak, Ocean Supreme, Parc City & Park Reach releasing new supply into the market over next few months should help to stabilize prices.

Wheelock named Kai Tak project ‘Oasis Kai Tak’

Wheelock Properties named its new project in the city’s former airport site ‘Oasis Kai Tak‘, and said it would be released once it obtains the government’s pre-sale consent. The project comprises 648 units with sizes ranging from 270 square feet to 1,500 square feet. 70% of the units are either one-bedroom or two-bedroom ones, and 10% are studio flats.

Ocean Supreme to roll out another 80 units on Sunday

In Tsuen Wan West, Cheung Kong Property said it will put on the market on Saturday 80 flats and on Sunday another 80 flats at its Ocean Supreme project. Most flats have two bedrooms. About 70% will cost below HK$9 million each after discounts are reflected. Meanwhile, Chinachem said it would launch at least 191 units from its Parc City project soonest this Saturday.

Henderson launches Park Reach in Yuen Long

Henderson Land plans to release its 63-unit Park Reach, a joint venture with New World Development at 33 Shap Pat Heung Road in Yuen Long. The project comprises tiny units with sizes measuring from 187 square feet to 310 square feet. The developer said the project would be launched as early as the end of this month.
