Partying in Hong Kong! - "Warehouses on West Block Party" in Sai Ying Pun

Hong Kong Living | April 7, 2017

The very first Block Party celebrating culture and community is happening on April 22 at Warehouses on West! The Warehouses on West Block Party will bring you creative workshops, events, and activities to Hong Kong’s coolest corner.

Good news for those who love designs and originalities, there’ll be popup stores from local designers Melissa Bui, Pi’a and Handsome Co. Meanwhile, DESIGN TRUST will host an exhibition and workshop featuring one of its grant recipients, Dim Sum Labs, who is creating a provocative “Field Guide to Hacking”.

Feeling like to stretch and free your body? Try Hong Kong’s first hip-hop yoga studio at IAM YOGA IAM, which will be putting on five 30-minute yoga sessions through the day.

After relaxing at the yoga studio, you can enjoy the music at the local artists’ live performance throughout the afternoon.

Warehouse 3 - TEST KITCHEN - 2

Your stomach will always remind you to get some food after all those activities, it is just about right to have a 15-minute tasting menu at TEST KITCHEN. A vegetarian-friendly menu is also available at The Cotti inside Garage Collective co-working space.

For brunch and beverages, especially crafted Hong Kong-inspired cocktails will be served by The Winery. And never miss beer for parties – Bestbev beer retailer will be selling craft beers throughout the day!

Warehouses on West is a new destination for culture, dining, boutiques, and business, which is taking inspiration from the area’s industrial heritage. It offers a balance of old and new, where fresh concepts find themselves at home in the unique loft-like architecture and it is now with a lineup of new restaurants, co-working spaces, and even a hip-hop yoga studio along Connaught Road West.
