5 Projects with 1,780 Units Launching Next Week
At least 5 new projects will be launching next week, including Park One by Henderson, The Met Bliss in Ma On Shan by Wang On Properties, Alto Residences in Tseung Kwan O by Lai Sun Development, NAPA by Wheelock & Co., and 2GETHER by HKR International in Tuen Mun. All 5 projects will sum up to a total of 1,780 units.

Tai Koo Shing Sets New Record Again in the First Week of Oct
Within the first week of October, Tai Koo Shing has recorded 11 sales already, with average price at HK$17,008 per square feet, a rise of 8% compared with last month’s average.

Marina South in Ap Lei Chau stopped receiving purchases yesterday and has received approximately 240 orders – about 7 times over the developer’s 30-units offer today.

Ho Man Tin New Residential Rents at $23k
Since the new MTR station in Ho Man Tin will commence on Oct 23, valuation and prices of sites around the station is raising. Manhattan Group, owned by the politician, James Tien Pei-Chun, launched its new rental residential project The Argyle yesterday, with minimum monthly rent at HK$23,000.
