Victoria Skye to Roll Out 200 Units This Saturday
K&K Property is stepping up the sale of flats in Kai Tak, offering a fresh batch of 200 units in its Victoria Skye project on Saturday in a bid to cash in on sustained strong demand. It is pricing the units, from 232 square feet to 1,190 square feet, between HK$6.11 million and HK$36.39 million. The discounted price will be from HK$4.98 million to HK$29.65 million, or HK$16,645 to HK$24,921 per square foot. The developer has received about 1,000 subscriptions. The project will provide 822 flats over six residential towers. Construction is to be completed in December next year.
Ocean Pride Received 9,000 Subscriptions for 346 Flats
Cheung Kong Property reportedly received about 9,000 subscriptions for 346 flats in the Ocean Pride project in Tsuen Wan West that it is offering for sale from today. The developer has sold all the 496 units offered for sale last Friday, and might roll out more units depending on today’s sale. The first phase of Ocean Pride will have 970 flats from 370 and 1,149 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed in the second half of next year.
