Seanorama Plan to Release First Price List Today
Cheung Kong Properties will launch the first price list of its Ma On Shan project – Seanorama today. William Kwok Tsz-wai, investment direction of Cheung Kong said the company has opened the show flats and sales office in Hung Hom for agents to know more about the project. More than 5,000 agents’ visits were recorded in the show flats yesterday.

Monterey Almost Ready to Launch 186 Flats
Wheelock Properties managing director Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu said the company will launch the first price list for its Monterey project in Tseung Kwan O today. He expects there will be about 186 flats on the first price list. Separately, Sun Hung Kai Properties also plans to launch the first price list for its Cullinan West project at Nam Cheong MTR Station soon, deputy managing director Victor Lui Ting said. He said the project will be on sale next week.

K City Prices Up 128 Flats
K Wah International launched the fifth price list for 128 flats at its K City project in Kai Tak yesterday. Discounted prices for the latest batch of flats range from HK$6.56 million to HK$21.38 million, and the developer will put on sale 48 units on Sunday.
