Grand Yoho 2 Receives Overwhelming Subscriptions
Being the first new project opened for sale in 2017, Grant Yoho Phase Two has been receiving overwhelming response from the market. Sun Hung Kai Properties reportedly received 180 subscriptions on the first day for the 166 flats from the second phase of Grand Yoho in Yuen Long yesterday. December Home Sales Cooled Down Drastically
The Land Registry said the number of sale-and-purchase agreements for all properties, including apartments, shops, industrial units and car parks, reached 73,004 in 2016, down 4.1 per cent from a year ago. December’s number of sale-and-purchase agreements decreased 19.2% to 6,967, while sales of residential units last month declined 47.3% to 3,550, revealing the effect of government’s cooling measures.
