I​t was recently painted a year ago with​ quality 5-in-1 pain​, with newly​ installed new Ikea furniture (kitchen table, two seat sofa, tv stand, king bed, side board, book shelf, wardrobe). This is a ​warm, cosy​ special flat, during the fall/winter months you can view the sun rising from the mountain backdrop and summer months the full moon just against the Tsing Yi Bridge.

​The Flat will be available for rent first week or so of February 2018 as the tenant will move out 31/January.​
